K-Nel and Bamboo – Swagger Like US  02 Dec 08

I’m pleased to announce the “Swagger like Us” Collabo with K-Nel and Bamboo that will be released in the next couple of days.

They recorded 2 versions of the song with one version meant for the mainstream media and the other version for the streets. The street version will be an ISHIKE RADIO EXCLUSIVE and will be featured on ISHIKE RADIO Part 11 ( African Bantu Edition) that will be available in Jan 09. Updates 24 Nov 08

Just wanted to thank everyone who has downloaded ISHIKIE RADIO PART 10 and either posted a comment on the site or emailed me. The last time I checked we had passed the 1000 mark on digital downloads in like 2 weeks!!!!!

Finally, I have been recieveing tons of emails from artists wanting or seeking info on how to get on the next ISHIKE series and I will be posting more info here in the next few days on how to get a spot on the next one. Since all parties have signed  the contracts, I can now officially say that ISHIKE RADIO PART 11 will be available in January and will be the AFRICAN BANTU EDITION. ISHIKE!!!!!

I have been rocking music by Evidence from Dilated Peoples for sometime now and I’m impressed with his music. Like I always say there is still good music out there nowdays, apart from what’s playing on the radio or TV.  It’s funny that you gotta “look for it” a little bit more nowadays.  Also if you get a chance, listen to his last album “The Weatherman LP“.
